When should I replace my Furnace?

Like all things, Furnaces have a certain lifespan where they run at peak performance. Generally, although some furnaces may live longer due to proper maintenance, a furnace’s lifespan is around 20 years. Any time after this time is essentially bought time, so it is up to you whether or not to jump the gun or not.

Why is routine maintenance important?

Taking proper care of your HVAC equipment can save you money in repairs and energy costs. Properly maintained machines experience fewer breakdowns and longer service life, and most problems or concerns can be addressed or prevented during a tune up before it becomes a major problem on the hottest or coldest day of the year.
